shoes: Hoka one-one
-warm up 20-25min
-run red X Long from 2011USChamp. never run this before also control point are different then blue long except few, so int 4 but carefully to not get injuries, hoka 1x1 are grey for training but maybe but little slow for fast run .
I ran with Hoka because they are absolutely soft.
the run is at the middle of my rest period after ski season, but I was surprised how fast are the the people ran before. pretty god times around 1.13,00 god job folks!!!
