Strength Training 20:00 [3]

At home strength training. I think I might have to get some larger plates. My dumbbell's max is 36lbs. Used that for bent over rows today (works my back), and it was okay, but I think I will want more weight soon. I guess I'll wait until I'm up to 3 sets to decide.

The 'Hood Hunt: Kansas City Plaza
Got 35 out of 39 controls.
Pretty fun, but a little less so once it started pouring rain.
Nice dinner at Jack Stack afterwards.

Witnessed a vehicle-pedestrian collision (in a crosswalk) on the way back to my car. Victim wasn't visibly messed really bad, but definitely wasn't okay either. Called 911 seconds after it happened, then directed traffic away from the scene while help was on the way. Other people were helping the lady out.
