Easy one in the evening to keep ticking over, starting to feel better though, this wasn’t too bad.
Timing of all this isn’t too bad, as resting the legs to see where the hips get will be good, though I need to be more disciplined with the hip work.
Very rainy this though which maybe wasn’t ideal, but I was well prepped for it.

Went out for an easy tester and put out some controls for Dave healy’s Training on Massey’s. Good to see this happening.
Feeling alright at times but chest and body working a bit on the climb, so it’s a no for the curragh tonight. Real shame.

Was tired all yesrfay afternoon. Throat Fleming today and generally a bit off. Brought my running gear to work but decided on the cycle in that I wouldn’t run.
Got a text from Niall in the afternoon for a run, debated it and started getting changed until I realised I was just chasing miles and knew there would be no benefit.

Took a sit down at fairy castle to enjoy the view, only to be washed over by a wave of jealousy for those who can do this every day.
It was lovely and sunny today, no need for tights or a jacket, and nothing put a few little patches of snow to interrupt the trails. Spring is coming.
