Easy run out, legs weren't feeling amazing at first, but kept a surpringly good pace. Jogged up to JD's, and pace dropped a good bit here, but good company! Afterward I just continued on and doubled my distance on a route home. Pace was quicker here too. Also tried to stay more upright while running and stride out more, problems I have noticed with my running before, not that the upright one is hard to spot.. This was actually more comforting for the rest of the journey, and the legs were less tired by the end, even though I have to concentrate to do it. I thought it would feel unnatural, but no. Must keep it up. Also think my jogging pace seems to be getting a bit quicker recently, maybe I'm going a little harder, but doesn't feel like it too much. Good news!
