Had a stitch and felt progressively sick so I had to stop running at half way until the food went back down (10min) set off again, did a tad of interval stuff but wasn't in the mood.

Oadby myst be a satellite blackspot, my Garmin never finds the satellites until im halfway round my run.

Swimming 25:00 [1] 0.75 km (33:20 / km)

Went for a swim with Beth. Really slow because I didn't have goggles.

(rest day)

My feet took a bit of a battering this weekend, took today off.

Orienteering race (BOC Relays) 32:09 [5] 5.23 km (6:09 / km) +145m 5:24 / km
spiked:14/15c shoes: Puma Trailfox 4

Holmbury Hill

Too hot/hilly. I had to go fast with the others at the start, but they pulled away. I got into first by the end of the slightly technical part, but I was off bearing to 7 and took a bad route to 8, meaning I lost the leaders. I could never catch up because it was TD2/3 and rougher terrain from then on.

Paced myself really well. Slight miss 9, 14, 18 and 19. Otherwise, dead easy.

In Leicestershire I think that when people say "There's no undergrowth, its really runnable, yes you can wear shorts" roughly translates to "The undergrowth IS the forest!! MWUHAHAHAHAH!!!" :L

I was going to do intervals on the course but it somehow turned into a steady run.

Note

Just checked the final details for the british and it says im only running 11.2km. Not sure whether im happy or not that its not the 19.8km someone told me.
