spiked:23/33c shoes: Puma Trailfox 4

Enjoyed the course. I had a really scrappy navigation but I dont think it cost me at all despite all the mistakes. My fitness was not up to coping with the distance, mud and steep bell-pits and I would have run a lot slower if I hadn't had a rest during the errors.

14 didn't take a bearing early on, took a wrong turn had to relocate 2min+

Went to the gym with Hattie and Tom. Did fartlek based on what songs came up. Hattie wanted me to come out with them tonight and I told her only if she ran for 35min which she did :-/ (she has only ever run for 21min before!) So now it turns out I am going on a Quiddich barcrawl ending at the O2 where Westlife are playing...

Cycled, x-trained and rowed as a warm down.
