PM Team Trials in Edmonton at Kinsmen Park Qualifier, 1:4000. Another ok race but too many hesitations, a couple bad routes and one 10s mistake thinking I could get through somewhere I couldn't. Foot was ok. Nice out 10C, NW 24 km/h.

PM Team Trials in Edmonton at U of A Semi-final, 1:4000. Good routes and decent speed, hard to push with no one around and tired legs, a couple small hesitations. Foot was ok. Nice out 13C, NW 26 km/h.

PM Team Trials in Edmonton at U of A Quarter-final, 1:4000. Good routes and decent speed, tried to push but hard to do with tired legs and no one close. One bad route but due to bad mapping in my opinion of the ramp wall. One hook on some olive green but would have seen the tape in a real race. Foot was ok. Nice out 12C, NW 28 km/h.

PM Team Trials in Edmonton at Mill Creek, 1:4000. Sloppy race with one terrible mistake thinking I was on a parallel trail- too focused on Adams back. First race in over 2.5 years so what can you expect. Rained before the race so it was quite slick on the trails. Didn't push at all to see how my foot would be. It was better than I expected and only a tad sore. Nice out 13C, NW 19 km/h.

PM Sprint Training at SAIT at 1:4000 (Sept 23,21). A really nice course I designed with lots of fences and route choice. Good routes and decisions. One 50m longer route choice, plus 10s. Good speed. Felt pretty good besides my left foot being a little sore afterwards. Good test course. Nice out 13C, SW 9 km/h.

AM Physio for my L foot, top and bottom on the outside has been sore recently like the past. Needled both calfs and L outside muscles. Tool on L outside and foot. IMS L foot. Hopefully this will fix the problem.
