PM Sprint training at U of C at 1:4000. Pretty decent speed. This seems like a really good test couse, will try to run 17:30 for this eventually. Two long routes #2 +38m, #21 +25m and one over run but probably wouldn't of happened with controls (same mistake as last time!). More snow/icy sections than I thought. Nice 8C/5C, W 17 km/h.
