PM Sprint training at Ranchlands at 1:4000. Nice course I made. One longer route +5s and maybe a couple other 50/50 routes. Tiny bit of snow and ice in a few places. Pretty sore from weights so running fast was tough, good pace but it is also hard to keep a good pace in the detailed section with all the tight turns. Cool, 2C/-2C, NW 15 km/h.
