PM Run around Canmore Park and Banff Trail. Felt tired and a bit sore from yesterday haha. Wore a toque, gloves and long sleeves for a bit of a heat training effect. Nice out 17C but windy N 31 km/h.

Finally!
PM Run to Winston Heights/Mountview and back. Felt as good as I could have for 5 weeks off. Knee was pretty good. Wore a toque, gloves and long sleeves for a bit of a heat training effect. 16C, light wind.
