shoes: Inov 8 F-lite 195-Pink

PM Sprint training at MRU at 1:4000. Chose all the right route choices and thought it was pretty much a perfect run until I noticed the next day that I actually skipped a control. Funny thing is that when I was planning the course I was thinking that the control I skipped would be easy to skip but left it because that is part of the game...two controls pretty much in a straight line. Oh well really happy with the training otherwise. Kept up a good pace, even in the tricky section at the end. Nice enough for shorts and a t-shirt and basically no snow that's why I wanted to get out again.

Running warm up/down 20:30 [2] 4.02 km (5:06 / km)
shoes: Nike Air Zoom Elite 8 2017 #2

PM Warm down run.
