PM Run with Steven and Thomas in St. Malo on the lake to the end just onto the river and back. Nice out -3C, felt like -8C with the S wind at 10 km/h. Just 20min because Steven was dead tired and it was my rest day.

Nice morning -6C, felt like -9C with the S wind at 8km/h, a bit of freezing rain coming down. Felt a bit tired from yesterday's night hard workout on my own.
