AM Warm up run at Edith Hill. Raining a bit. Right foot/toe feeling sore from yesterday.

AM Sage Stomp Long at Edith Hill. New what to expect from yesterday but very hard and frustrating to orienteer on a map that this totally wrong in most places. Right foot/toe was pretty sore and feeling swollen. Will add more later.
