PM Bike up C.O.P., Old Banff Coach Rd to Calaway Park and back. Nice afternoon 21C, W wind at 7 km/h. Knee feeling even better just a little tight, not really sore at all.

PM Run over to the Children's Hospital and around the lake a few times. Knee felt ok but still a bit sore on impact and tight. Kept it easy, knee was a bit more sore near the end compared to the start. Nice afternoon 24C light W wind but after about 10 min it got very windy, 46 km/h, gusts to 56 km/h.

PM Bike up C.O.P., Old Banff Coach Rd to Calaway Park and back. Nice afternoon 29C, SE wind at 22 km/h, gusts to 38 km/h. Most deceiving wind, seemed like I was going into it from every direction. Knee still feeling tight but barely sore at all. Feeling better everyday.

PM FWOC Wednesday night meet at SAIT/Riley Park. Didn't think I would be able to run considering how my knee felt last week, but I was 95% pain free and feeling way way better than last week so I jogged the course, not pushing at all. Knee felt very good after the race considering how it felt last week. Best course planning that I have run on this map. No mistakes. Actually ran 4.72 km.
