AM Warm up jog, leg was feeling sore.

AM WCOC Middle at Hog's Back at 1:10000. Knee was sore to start but the adrenalin kicked in and I wasn't thinking about it so I didn't really notice it much. I think I am still a bit jet lagged, I felt tired but that was also probably from not running for about two weeks. Tough to keep in contact with the map in spots. A few hooks on #2, #6 and lost around 4:30 on #7, followed a parallel clearing and didn’t look at my compass carefully enough. Was running pretty much even with Steven before my mistake. Nice day 25C. Really felt my knee after I finished, it was a bit more swollen but I iced it and it is feeling a bit better. Actually ran 6.90 km. Placed 2/8.

PM Ran around the Hog's Back Model map at 1:10000. Knee was sore so went slowly, I will see what I can do in the Middle tomorrow! I can;t wait to race on the map, I love it but on the other hand my knee is not perfect.

PM Bike around the center of Trebon. My leg felt better than yesterday and I was able to pedal a bit more and it was not as sore. I did a sprint course on my bike that went around the center of town and I also just went randon ways using the map before and after I started the course. It was actually a useful O training session. There were alot of people so I had to go really slowly in places and had to get off my bike a few times to go up or down stairs. I still took it really easy, my knee is slowly getting back into exercise.

PM Bike from Martin and Jana's house to the center of Trebon navigating with a sprint map. Thought it would be good to get the leg moving since my quad is getting weak, I can see that it is smaller than the healthy leg. Went really really slowly because my knee is still a bit sore and worse when it is bent at 90 degrees. Nice evening 24C.
