PM Warm up run to the start.

PM Stage 5 of the Swiss 5 Day. I made very few mistakes and am really happy with my race; I just lacked some speed and endurance. My foot has been acting up again which was a bit of a pain but I could deal with it. The map scale was 1:10000 which was actually nice. I actually ran 18.93 km.

AM Training on the relay model map LES GARES 10. Made a course with alot of short legs. Stopped the gps somewhere instead of taking a split so it says I actually ran 4.08 km haha.

AM Re-ran a leg that I slightly messed up, turns out that the vegetation was a bit off.

PM Ran day 3 of the Swiss 5 Days. Alright race wasn't going that fast. Alot of people in the forest near the end of the course. One bad mistake of 7 minutes because the elephant tracts looked the exact same as the indistinct trails. Actually ran 6.68 km.
