Late evening run. Wolseley, Wellington Crescent loop. Cramped up, my easy run was made harder. Dindn't leave enough time for food to digest.

Technique:
At the Kelvin track with the RSM group, 3 laps of the 333 meter track for a warm up, 5 laps nose, knee, toe (skates on the ground), 3 laps nose, knee, toe with opposite skate off the ground and 3 laps not lifting skates off the ground working on edges.
