Evening inline at Birds Hill Park. First time for the year. Feet started to hurt a bit. (not use tot he vibration) Alot of dilly dallying which was good for the first time otherwise I would have died.

Fast 2.5k with Steven, along the triathlon run route in St. Malo Park. Felt terrible, probably had something to do with the "O" race the day before.

To and back from the park with Steven. Did a 194 m sprint at the end in 29.5.
