Kinda glad not to be running early this morning as I started new meds yesterday so have been feeling pretty grim. Spent the day digging up a tree at Gma's - very tired

With Meg and Ben on the Gower after looking at Swansea Uni. Went over Cefn Bryn and back on Oxwich Bay beach. Absolutely died trying to keep up on the hills but it was very good fun and beautiful even in the mist and rain. Very nice to run with people :)

The section of my ankle around the blister has been kinda stiff and sore so am trying to let that settle a bit. Will be back running soon.

July's not going very well. Had a really painful blister so planned to ride, then I just couldn't be arsed. Lost all motivation. Need a holiday!

Around the peninsula at Rutland Water with Ev. Was on his mum's bike which was very big for me. Had to fix the gears half way round but other than that we survived :)
