Orienteering 55:00 [3]

Middle day at COC. Was hoping for a clean run to end a fun week of orienteering. It fell apart early when I went from #1 to #7 as all the controls were in a tight bunch in a detailed area of the map. When I returned to #7 later I read the clue as a depression instead of a hill top so lost a bunch more time. Still enjoyed the event and the woods.

Orienteering 1:25:00 [3]

COC long in Whitehorse. Gong well up to 7 and got confused on trails to 8 and lost a bunch of time. Was discouraged after good start and didn't check code on dot knoll at 9 and mis-punched. Maybe tomorrow will be my day.

Orienteering 26:00 [3]

Terrible relay leg with Linda and Lindsay. Thought the map was 1:5000 so kept coming up short and then made big mistake going to number 6 to totally blow it for the day. First batch of controls very close together which made my mind switch over to 1:5000 mode. Dumb!!!

Event: NAOC 2018

Mt, Bike 2:00:00 [3]

With Chris and Lindsay on trails near Whitehorse. Only two falls. One on a downhill corner and the other trying to jump up a curb on the road. Minimal damage.

Orienteering 40:00 [3]

Model map at NAOC. Nice woods with lots of depressions.
