Note

Not such a good weekend at west point. Was physically and mentally beat this weekend and I'm going to have accept that this was a loss in my books and need to become more consistent. This woke me up telling me I still have a lot of training to do in all aspects. Trying to not let this put me down but I'm going to take tomorrow off to think about this and rest. Then starting Erin's training plan.

just the elliptical to get warmed up and break a nice sweat

Jumping rope is a good exercise! Got the heart rate up and it was hard to keep it up. Really got my calfs burning kind of like when you are running up a hill.

the exercise went like this
2:00 on and the 30sec off and i did this 5 times.

then lots of core
