Ran Indy and Abby and they actually kept me going faster. Took all of 4 miles to get them a little tired. An extra tug now and again uphill was nice, downhill not so much. Probably only one or two more workouts before LBL.

Ran the 6 hour course with Eric Henricks. 519pts, 21 miles, 3000' climb, poor judgment on how long to get back. Probably could have scored a little better if we had not gotten aggressive with a 45 pt. control.
