Walk down to the 10RL and back with the local surveyor to check out a D&B pattern that was being drilled.

Run with my bodyguard. 16 years in the Philippine army, up to the rank of General I think he said! Then 3 years in Afghanistan as a private security contractor!

Looks like I'm going to have to get creative with doing exercise with no gym equipment and only being able to run probably only twice a week with the security guy.

Random exercises in the room next to my bedroom, best I can do for today. Have arranged to run with the security team tomorrow after work.

Philippines is really beautiful country, unfortunately for me I have a powerplant about 300m from my bedroom! A workshop about 100m from my bedroom!

Apparently walking on haul roads with haul trucks here is a perfectly good form on exercise. Fortunately they are only baby 50t? trucks...
