Really pushed it today. Clean run except for a couple of mistakes. 1 due to tiredness and severe calf/leg pain which really kicked in around the 11-12km mark. Was really up there with the top guys, and I lost about 7-10minuits on the last 2-3km which was mostly run speed over no-mans land once i was already spent! Super encouraging!
