Running felt good today, made a few mistakes in a few controls. Probably not 100% focus, but tried to push my speed today to test nav at higher speed...

Probably not the best routechoice to number 2, but was trying the simplification technique

Set was meant to be 2x 12min @ 4.45/k

Running around kings park with hills made this a very difficult challenge.

Ended up with 1@4.46/k, second at 4.59/k, downhills did not compensate for the slowness of the uphill sections and consequent slowness on flats.

Run around Kings park to the DNA tower, Kokoda trail, Jacobs ladder and to finish off Mount Street.

Dist from garmin calculator and time is estimate since watch had no battery.
