Long run, completed the entire run this week. Last weeks pace was a bit slow, felt good going just that little bit quicker. The two drops in HR are a quick toilet break and the second bigger one is I dropped my house key in the dark!
Calves were tight before the run and loosed up a bit during, but need to do more stretching I think!

Got to the first road intersection and more cars than I had ever seen on that street in my life decided to drive down there i couldnt believe it!
Got back into it and pushing the whole way. Cruised about the 2km mark and then started pushing again. Losing power at about 2.7km mark, strong on the way back in. (Matching with my finishing song Avicii-levels. Nothing left at the end!
Turns out my 4km has been 100m short! Will have to add that in somewhere!

First cycle in over 2 months, had to wipe off the spider webs and even dead spiders! Tyres were down to 40 from 120 also! Started off pretty slow, tried to find my way to roe highway. Got semi confused on which way to go and stopped and retartedly fell off my bike while still hurting my left wrist! Started to feel more into the ride after that funnily, the wind behind me certainly helped with that!
Good to get our on the bike again, especially since im doing a 20km leg in the triathlon next week (which is more for training than competing since I'll be nowhere near competitive!)
Pretty sure those heart rates are wrong.... I definately wasn't pushing it at the start of the ride....interference from my mobile phone possibly?
