After a full month of regular/scheduled training for Death Race (minus two weeks off with pneumonia), I figured I've committed enough to finally start logging time on Attackpoint. Not that my fancy spreadsheet wasn't keeping me honest enough, but the AP charts and reporting sure look pretty sweet!
Today - usual boring 10k city run and 30 minutes on the trainer. Making a game out of avoiding potentially lethal metal plates to keep the running interesting...
