Aweseom 48k run on the Bruce near Palgrave with Heather B and Kathie Z. Heather and Kathie did a little over 30k - Kathie is wisely tapering for Sinister7 after finishing 100k last week (ran from ESAR to the King City p-lot). Hers is the model of ultra-running training, whereas my piddly 48k represents the longest run I've done all year - two weeks out from Race Day. Yeesh...
