Sprint 1 at Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education. 2.3k, 50m. Forgot to start my Garmin so no track and a guess on the actual distance. Used SI Air which was fun (but also the distraction which caused me not to start my watch). Two errors near the end which probably cost about a minute. Took the wrong trail coming out of 10 and had to cut through the woods around a fenced area. Started towards 14 out of 12 and had to double back. Low 70s.

Sprint 2 at SCEE. 2.0k, 75m. Blew the route choice on the long leg - passed through two gates and had some woods running rather than all trail. Again making errors near the end when I'm tired.

Intervals on the rail trail, starting at Station Ave parking area. 10 x 1:00 hard/1:00 easy. Overcast, humid, low 70s. Eased up some on the 9th one then hard for the final one but that one had a road crossing so had to back off a bit midway. Looks like most of the harder stuff was on a slight downgrade.
