Red course at Sessions Woods, set by Jim H and Rich N (6.1 km SL). First part to the south where vegetation is thicker then into the fast woods in the northern part (completely avoided the rocky stuff in the western part of the map. A cool day for mid-May - 50's, breezy and mostly cloudy.

An OK run. Weak attack point to 1 and then fumbled around in the vegetation a bit before I figured things out. May not have taken the fastest route to 4, choosing to follow the stream rather than taking the trail - there's a little less climb but vegetation slows you down. The trails coming out of 4 seemed to be different than mapped but led generally in the direction I wanted to go. Left the trail too soon for 5 and hunted around for a minute or so (and added some climb). Rest of the run was good (except in the circle at 6 ans 14 where I headed toward the wrong piece of rock until I caught sight of the bag and corrected. Probably 3 - 4 minutes of errors total.

Another round of field checking at Oak Hill (technically the Storrs Pond - Oak Hill map, but the majority of the courses are actually on the Oak Hill part). Nice day - sunny and temperature reaching about 70. Some bugs but not bad (I did use repellant). As usual, I think I'm almost done - hopefully only minor tweaks left.

Strength and Flexibility (Yoga) 50:00 [2]

This felt quite good. My body seems to be less beat up than by previous Billygoats, which is fine by me.
