First RMOC meet of the regular season. At Bear Creek Lake Park - far nicer orienteering there in March than in September (when I last orienteered there). Interesting course set by Bryan which required fording Bear Creek 6 times and Turkey Creek twice.
Almost stepped on a rattlesnake!

Almost certainly the last skiing of the season. At Eldora. Very warm (over 50 degrees F). Snow mostly slushy, but OK except where it was thin. Rollercoaster - Peterson's Return - Annie B - For Pete's Sake - 17th Avenue - Twin Twisted Tree - Woodcutter - Sawmill - Twin Twisted Tree - 17th Avenue - Cheeter's Corner.

Commute + my first after work bike ride of the year. Feeling a bit tired towards the end.

City Park. Felt like it took about the first 3 miles to warm up (it did on Monday too). Felt slow, but in fact was only 20s slower than last week.

Commute - forgot my bike computer so just copied from Friday, but I'm pretty sure I was slower. Cold.

Running 1:10:05 [4] 6.23 mi (11:15 / mi)

Took a lot of motivation to get out on this run, and I was pretty slow (5 minutes slower than 2 weeks ago). City and Cheesman Parks. Time running probably more like 1:05 (as usual on this run I lost about 5 minutes crossing main roads). Feeling like I had no energy, although I felt a bit better near the end.
