Cycle out from Brightwater to Wakefield, then the eighty-eight valley loop. One part of the ride was gravel, which was a bit unfortunate, but I refused to turn back. Legs ran out of oomph a bit on some of the hills but kept pushing on (slowly).

want to be doing long runs again, but still this was nice.
ultrasound course in the afternoon following was sweet too, so overall, has been a good weekend.

Had wee break from work at lunchtime for a short run. Went up some hills (finally) but then left knee started niggling. Got really angry. Shouldn't be angry but it's hard.

Maybe should stay on the flat for the moment.

Tried a bit of a faster 10 km today. Felt harder than it would have in the past, but not too bad all things considered. Left leg feeling good :)

So happy to be going a bit faster again!
