Run around the lakes w/PeteW and FoxShadow. Felt like I was in survival mode most of the run. Glad to get in the training, but that was tough. Legs and knee still feel weak.
I'll need to rest up well this week for the O-meet in Kansas.

Powered through a series of one mile repeats w/TomKelly at the Metrodome Running Circle of Chaos! Ran with Tom for 99% of the workout, and we set a solid pace during the intervals.
Ended up with a blister on the ball of my foot about half way through the workout. Note to self - the Merrell foot gloves sans socks are not meant for interval workouts!
Knee was feeling pretty stiff from yesterday, but didn't seem to bother me as much as the blister. Metrodome concrete can't be helping my cause even if I am running on my toes.

Another tough 1-3 loss against a good team. We definitely got put into a tougher league this session! Tweaked my knee half way through the game on a 50/50 ball. Sideways leg motion with bigger other dude = I lose.
Stuck around afterwards to sub on another team. Made me thankful for my current teams where, even if we don't win, we know the general principles of positioning and passing. This team was seriously lacking fundamentals, but I was glad to help them out for a day regardless.

Ski-O practice on the Telemark trails. GPSed a few routes - hopefully pass those over to the O-map soon. Great getting out into the woods for a fun recovery ski with the other adventure/MNOC folks that were there for the weekend.
