Fletch brough a couple of tow ropes to try out tonight.

First loop no rope - 11:48. Felt flat from riding this morning.

2nd loop - on the bungee tow from Fletch and the idea to keep up with Shane running normally which we did. 10:11. I ran much harder even though towed - there's a lot of pressure to keep up with the pack.

3rd loop on the rope tow - felt a bit harder, 10:26, kept up with Shane again.

I found Shane and Fletch run faster than me on the flats and downs and I could keep up on the ups.

KP run. Included a comfortable slow jog on 3 hill repeats of Mount St which is an improvement as it usually had me puffing at the top.

Recorded as mp - but I did get to #1 and punch it twice - the first time not hearing a beep, and then again but didn't hold it in for long enough I guess. Anyhow, made a 10 min mistake to 2. The rest reasonably well but didn't run hard.
