Regular run including a Jacobs ladder. Calves felt a bit tight to start with but loosened into it. By the end (and next day) totally fine. Knees just a bit fragile - suspect from not wearing my superfeet insoles in the rogaine and then again in the run. Will try with superfeet for road running now too.

Paddle to s perth and back. Windless night - good work on stroke. The power zone really is in front, and a good aggressive catch improves speed.
