Orienteering race (Easter Prologue) 22:23 [4] 3.13 km (7:09 / km)
shoes: X-Talons 212

Held back and kept a steady pace since this was my first full run on the calf since injury - and it held up fine. Started last with a minute gap in front, so did not see anyone on the course. Big mistake overshooting 6 by about 100m. A little trouble finding 17. Happy with the run and that the calf was fine.

Road bike (Floreat Renegade) 1:16:00 [5] 46.0 km (36.3 kph)
shoes: Amiata Torino

Didn't know what to expect after last nights depletion effort on the ski. But it turned out my legs were good, and I think the sprint racing must have made my chi angry because I felt I had a good amount of energy. This was probably my best ride to date. Kept up thoughout. Finally rode the Mosman Park hill properly with only out of this world Chris passing me by in the middle section and the rest far enough behind. Tooms, Dalto, Chris, Shane, Jake and I. About 15 C at the start - put on two jersey's but didn't need the 2nd after about 10mins.

Paddling (T2) 1:20:00 [5] 11.2 km (7:09 / km)
shoes: Epic V10

First time at the T2 session, but no T2, instead J1 was our fearless leader. I was put in the third group. Easy I thought, against pretty much all plastics. Wrong, Jason, Andrew in their PRS's, a couple of others and a double. The best I could do was hang on to someone's wake for the out leg. I lost a lot of ground going timidly around the corners, with so many boats flying around.

5 races (I think). A good workout. The first two had my arms and shoulders hurting. There after I managed to improve my technique and get the abs and legs doing more. Had nothing left for a third of the 4th and the last half of the 5th.

Orienteering race 1:19:00 [2] 5.5 km (14:22 / km)
shoes: X-Talons 212

H4 at walking pace. Good to be able to pick off the features along the way. The calf held up fine. Amazed I came 7th - just goes to show what you can gain with careful nav.

Road bike (Welshpool Rd Hills Ride) 4:00:00 [5] 79.0 km (19.8 kph)
shoes: Amiata Torino

Me, Joel and Robin up until Kala where we caught up with Jake and Pete. Gooseberry Hill cafe this time. Saw some of the KP race on the way back. And ran into Gregor, who helped me take a look at my flexy handle bars - which need some maintenance work.
