Tilden park - cold (around +14C )and windy with moisture dropping from trees. It was 30C in the midday. Have to run with second long sleaves layer. Tougth after 2 days weekend.

Had a bad sleep due to changing weather and full moon, mbp 125/90

20 min T pace steady run with 2:45 warmup. Almost good, HR at the end was around 159.

Finaly, short 4milers due to lack of time. Slower than on monday, but still consistent. Felt good, max HR was around 150 on the climbs, and average around 140. Good and compact workout. Also, weight normalizes, only 80.6 next morning.
