NA Champs Lots of fun, lots of shortcuts, good conditions, remote finish...my garmin didn't record the distance, guess I didn't really find the satellites.

just did part of the men's course after helping at results. The altitude is really not fun...hopefully it will get better soon. Snow was pretty mushy, slow going but lots of fun.

Ski-O at Harriette Hollister...that makes 2 ski-os for the season...that rarely happens. Conditions were great, even for bushwacking and Stina set really good courses. Too bad the turnout was so small.
went to Durand, good ice but since there isn't any snow there were quite a few leaves and sticks on places where the wind wasn't blowing...still a great skate.
got in one more day of skiing before the rain...Lindsay and I hung together...I was really beat from yesterday. Spent a bit of time feeding the birds, they land right on your hand, how fun.
first real day of skiing, the NT workouts have really helped. Conditions are really great, I was able to skate 75% of the time and double poling was fun for the rest. Tomorrow's ski-o should be good.
the projected 4"-8' didn't materialize but it did get cold...of course, it's supposed to go up into the 40's in a couple of days. I do have faith that the snow will come.
