Note

Tyson taught me how to add my map and route to AP. :)

It all started when Tyson bought me a GPS watch for my birthday, now nothing can stop me! Mwah ha ha!

Woohoo - a different colour on my trog! Walked most of the course and "jogged" a couple of the downhills (not sure my current version of jogging is any different from a whale trying to jog - and they don't even have legs!). Got confused on the last control, expecting to find a control on the other side of the fence where the feature was mapped, not the obvious one I could see in front of me on the same side of the fence as me. It was lovely to be out - such a perfect day in the forest.

Beautiful morning for yoga in the community hall at Belair, with the view of the trees and the sun streaming in. For some reason I worked up a real sweat this morning, felt more out of breath than usual and had more than the usual trouble balancing. Either putting my mat right in the sunshine made me too warm, the instructor made me work harder, or I'm just starting to really slow down now. Probably a combination!

I was so relaxed driving home I was doing about 45km/hr along Upper Sturt Road with the windows open enjoying the warm breeze, not realising I was dawdling and had about 3 cars in a hurry behind me!

Walked to M&D's for lunch through the forest, and back over the hill. Yet another t-shirt and shorts day so close to Winter (that's over a week in a row now!) - I love where I live. :)

Big day at work today and I was exhausted. Decided to catch the train and walk home the hilly way before collapsing on the couch and later being collected for celebratory Jenny's birthday calzone and apple cake. Mmmmm... that calzone was as big as my head! :D

Walk (North Adelaide) 50:00 [2]

Down to North Adelaide and a couple of modified laps around the Uni loop. Watching all the runners made me feel inspired.

Got wolf-whistled by a group of guys in a car as I was walking down to the loop - then as the car passed me and they all leered out the windows their faces suddenly dropped in horror when they saw my big baby bump! Haha.
