Ran from home up the boundary of the park, past the first house and east to the house amoung the blackberries, over the next ridge to the redwoods, along the valley and back up around the back of the golf course to home. Lovely run - didn't push it and it felt really easy and relaxing - which is why I kept adding little extra bits to it! :)

Strength Training (Pole dancing) 20:00 [3]
I now have bruises on my knees from gripping the pole while twirling around - as opposed to the usual orienteering scars. Pole dancing actually takes a lot more core and upper body strength than I currently have, so I expect to be quite sore for the next couple of days! Fun class - the instructor gave a demonstration afterwards and it was like a gymnist routine on steroids. Amazing!
Nice, cool run in Belair with Tyson, Bridget, Jen and Zara. Up over the trainline and back via lower falls and echo tunnel to check for lamps accidentally left their after they were placed to safely guide the NOL orienteers through the dark depths of Belair. Of course the lamps were gone - souveniered by local hills trolls no doubt.
Run with Tynomite up Olave Hill and down the edge of the park. I've been feeling a bit crook today, but after I made it to the top of the hill I actually started to feel better. So nice to be running in the cool weather again!
