Half an hour of terrible yoga led by a poorly buffering youtube video. It was supposed to be an hour long but all quit halfway through. Not worth getting up at 6:15 for.

Testing out my back.. results came back negative. More discomfort running than while not running so I packed it in pretty quick.
I saw Brian this morning and he work on it fairly hard. It seemed to help a bit but it's definitely not healed. I have another appointment on Thursday morning prior to leaving for Toronto so we'll see what comes of that. In the mean time, heat, rest, and some advil will hopefully do the trick.
