Really should have gotten out for a run today. I truly meant to but kept putting it off for a variety of reasons. I'm annoyed with myself as I had no real excuse.

OOC training. Francis had us run down to the far end of Mud Lake via a point on the Mud Lake map. then we ran a continuous loop on the grass while have to duck down a path into the woods every once in a while when Francis yelled out a path (or tree) number to us. I failed miserably at following instructions :/

Ended with some 500 m intervals (according to my Garmin the distance is about 530 m):
1:45, 1:51, 1:48 (50 m short though... ;) )
