Ran an intermediate course with a young family from down the street. They are very involved in Nakkertok and seemed to really have enjoyed it. We were on the course for about an hour twenty but that was with some decent running and some fairly long stops explaining some stuff.

Orienteering race (LA) 55:45 [3] *** 7.5 km (7:26 / km)
shoes: Falcons

Good race - sloppy first half (I seem to have reverted to some of my bad habits that I had started to eliminate last year) and then really smooth second half.
