25 minutes at the sportsplex followed by some time in the hot tub. I've done hardly any stretching these past 2 weeks and it's starting to show... not good at all.

Rock Gym 40:00 intensity: (20:00 @2) + (20:00 @3)

some climbing and course creation at home.

It's been far too long since I've done this. Felt good.
