Note

I have been deemed 'functional' in the wrist.

I have 50 degrees flexion, 55 degrees extension, nearly full pronation, better than 45 degrees supination and a grip strength of 20kg (for comparison, the grip strength in my right hand is 38kg - so my weak hand is 'average female' and my strong hand is 'average male' - no wonder opening jars seems to be difficult for so many of my friends!)

It appears that 'functional' means 'able to do household tasks', because it doesn't include yoga or cycling! Still a little bit of work (maybe a week/10 days) before I'm strong enough to ride the roadie and lots of work (probably a month) before I can be upside-down at yoga.
