Long run in East-Central-West Fish Creek. Temp +16-18C. Rainy periods, breezy. Hit stride at 6miles. Felt great. Started to feel it at 11.5mi, but held pace.

Mountain Biking 40:00 [2] 14.4 km (2:47 / km)

Morning bike ride in Elbow Valley. Beaver Flat campground to Elbow Falls and back. Took 2-3k of single track on return. Need a new bike! Bumpy ride. Temp +15C.

Trail/highway run from Beaver Flat campground to last hill east of Elbow Falls. Brutal out (uphill), felt good on return.

Easy morning ride to spin the legs out after last night's run. Nice morning. Breezy, +9C, sunny. East and central fish creek to 22X and back. Sikome is open and filled with water.

Late evening med-long run. What a difference 48 hrs makes. Comfortable 7:15-7:25 miles out and back in West Fish Creek. +18C, breezy, lots of deer, great sunset. Real encouraging run. Sore throat, some cough at end a reminder that body still isn't quite 100% healthy.
