Memorial Day 3k in Falls Church. Not sure I can even go 3k right now. Started way in the back with the dogs and strollers and walked the first 1/2. Tried to run the 2nd half and managed a shuffling jog the rest of the way. Probably could have walked faster. Just happy to finish.
Diagnosed friday with renal cancer so probably should retroactively mark myself as sick back a few weeks or months.
