After sucking in the middle distance in the morning. I came back to totally blow the sprint as well.

Cut the rest of front yard. Had grown quite a bit since I had fertilized it over a week ago. Would have gone a lot quicker if I had not been bagging the grass and carrying to the compost pile. Also overseeded another section under the sweet gum tree.

I am a weekend duffer. You didn't actually expect any training during the week.

Still did a little. Cut the grass in the right side yard and raked a lot of it to get rid of the thatch and any leaves. Overseeded and sprinkled with my compost dirt. Want to get the seeds in before the next series of rain storms later this week.

Said I might start some training so here it is. Went running once. Nice day for a run around Burke Lake.
3 PM

disc golf 6:00 [1]

After the run, did the first 6 holes of the Burke Lake course. Had planned to do more but the course was crowded and I was stuck behind a 4some of some of the worst players I have ever seen. 1 over par for the 6 holes, not to bad considering I have hardly played recently. Two great drives off the tee but the middle game and putting were poor.
