12:30am. Still tired from long-O but wanted to get in something while the weather is still warm. Splits 10:13, 10:20. Did not get out until after midnight. Had planned for 4 miles but just felt to tired and need some sleep. Have to get up later this morning so I can cook for a holiday lunch at work.
This (177) is the official weight for the start of the holiday eating season. I would like to keep it below 180.

DVOA: Fair Hill DE. Long-O Red. Tired before I started and just got slower as the run went on. Totally beat by #6. Navigation was mostly ok except for #6 and #10.
