7pm. DCRRC track workout called for 3x12min tempo runs with 90 sec rest. Unfortunately the track was closed for a soccer game. Ran a quick 4 on the Custis Trail bike path instead. Unlike the track, the Custis trail has hills. 1/2 mile splits taken at mile markers. 3:38.4 3:33.7, 3:30.7, 3:36.8, 3:22.6, 3:17.9, ?, 6:46.2. To dark to read the splits while running.
It was a lot warmer and less windy at 1am than now.
