USMA: West Point A-Meet. Red X. Ran well early then fell apart on 8 and 9. Looks like I will keep alive my streak of never placing at West Point.
Splits are posted.

7pm. DCRRC track workout called for 3x12min tempo runs with 90 sec rest. Unfortunately the track was closed for a soccer game. Ran a quick 4 on the Custis Trail bike path instead. Unlike the track, the Custis trail has hills. 1/2 mile splits taken at mile markers. 3:38.4 3:33.7, 3:30.7, 3:36.8, 3:22.6, 3:17.9, ?, 6:46.2. To dark to read the splits while running.
It was a lot warmer and less windy at 1am than now.

At Boomerangs 8:30-9:30pm.

Night run. 1am (Wed 4/3 actually) Lee-Graham-50 route. Worked late and ran after I got home. Have not done this run in quite awhile. Daytime at Lake Accotink is much nicer.
